Artist Statement: Four nearly identical hand painted panels were strategically diced and reassembled as one composition. The piece loses the details of the original but maintains the essence of a potted poinsettia.

Materials & Techniques: Hand-batiked panels (4) and commercial batiks. Machine pieced and quilted.
