Artist Statement: X-rays of my hands, feet, neck and back show the effect of erosive osteoarthritis and are transformed into lovely flowers, footed vase and background. Materials & Techniques: Cotton sateen, flannel batting, cotton backing, synthetics, metallic thread, beading. Self designed and digitally printed, pieced as whole cloth. Hand quilted and hand beaded.
