Artist Statement: This quilt is an exploration of a motif with curved lines and spokes that resulted in 4 shapes resembling organic life forms. The color scheme reminds me of the possibility and hope that new life brings.

Materials & Techniques: Commercial and hand-dyed cotton. Machine pieced and quilted.
