Artist Statement: I've always loved batik panels but could never figure out how to use them in a quilt, so I cut up three nearly identical ones and sewed them back together to create a single (distorted) image.

Materials & Techniques: Batik panels, commercial cottons, cotton batting, template plastic. Machine pieced and quilted
