Artist Statement: All senses are stimulated on a walk through a cedar forest--nubby branches, tangy scent, creature sounds, and so many tones of silver, green, deep orange and russet brown.

Materials & Techniques: Cottons, acrylic yarns. Freehand curved piecing, free motion quilting.
