Artist Statement: This quilt is the fifth in a series of quilts inspired by the Japanese Americans who stayed in internment camps during World War II. This piece is a double-sided quilt.

Materials & Techniques: Hand-dyed fabric, japanese style fabrics. Micro-quilting, hand appliqué and piecing, beading.
