Artist Statement: I am working on a series that tries to capture the magic of some of my favorite places. I am challenged by the many, many faces presented by The Mountain.

Materials & Techniques: Machine raw-edge appliqué, machine quilting. Commercial cottons; mounted on stretcher bars.
