Artist Statement: I am strongly influenced by the location of my International District studio and
Kimochi, the Japanese ukulele band I am in.

Materials & Techniques: Some fabrics are relief prints using a printing press and etching ink while others were screen printed with fabric paint. The quilt was machine stitched and machine quilted.
