Artist Statement: Buddhist prayer flags release their prayers each time they are blown by the winds. This is my vision of how those prayers are carried up to the heavens.

Materials & Techniques: Silk broadcloth and silk organza.
Hand-dyed, paintstick, fused, machine quilted.
