Artist Statement: Birds hovering in the air, the wake of the ferry churning the water, waves gently caressing the shore, hoping to see a pod of Orcas frolicking around, the city in the background. Canvas cargo net drapes over the open spaces like windows, the breeze gently sways and shapes the net, providing a new perspective with each movement.

Materials & Techniques:Painted background fabric, backing fabric with Jacquard and Setacolor fabric paints. Embossed paisley Minky cargo net, buckles, cotton fabric, Misty Fuse, Superior Threads Mono-Poly, Sulky Holoshimmer Metallic, Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 batting.
