Artist Statement: The first collaboration round was to present a small pieced block. Mine was the nine patch center. The subsequent rounds 2-4, was tasked with cutting/dismantling/inserting/adding to the piece. Round 5 was to finish the piece including any changes plus quilting and binding the piece. I love this piece.
