Artist Statement: Reflections! A model admires her reflection of a quilted jacket in the mirror. Meanwhile the designer/tailor reflects on the next garment to be created. Creativity derives from reflecting on ideas which develop into a creative piece.

Materials & Techniques: Hand-dyed cotton, printed rayon, synthetic sheer, paper pattern pieces, wood 1/2-scale rulers, cotton and invisible thread, pastels, acrylic paint sticks, batting, raw-edge applique, quilting, foam core mounting.
