Artist Statement: This was inspired by the music I hear at Wintergrass, a bluegrass festival. The strings of the guitars and mandolins appeared in the painted yellow blocks.

Materials & Techniques: Painted fabric, machine pieced and appliqued, rubber stamping, machine quilting.
