Artist Statement: The colors and flow of this piece make me think of kelp floating in the water. For inspiration while quilting, I looked at photographs of reflections on the water.

Materials & Techniques: Hand-dyed cotton fabric, cotton batting and thread. Machine pieced and quilted.
