Artist Statement: After a long and muddy gray winter, fresh sprouting green refreshes heart and soul. Not all is lost, - take a walk, smell the air, listen to the birds, rejoice in nature.

Materials & Techniques: Linen-cotton blend (Robert Kaufmann “Essex”), hand-dyed and batik cotton, polyester, and cotton threads. Machine pieced and quilted.
