Reflections: Fertility Fetishes by Margaret ListonArtist Statement: These images are of the Venus of Willendorf, a small stone carving thought to have been used as a fertility fetish. Here each is shown reflecting on her mirrored image. Materials & Techniques: The Venus image is an intaglio print made on a printing press using water-based inks while the border fabrics were screen printed.
