Artist Statement:  Fabric, paper and thread represent oysters, barnacles, and seaweed on driftwood.

Materials & Techniques: Oysters are cotton fabric, acrylic felt, wire form mesh, fabric paint. Barnacles are Krafttex (thick paper). Seaweed is free motion thread embroidery on water soluble stabilizer and beads. The wood is quilted and painted Pelon Flex foam with polyfoam stuffing.
