Artist Statement: Beavers need access to water, limbs and other food sources. I like to think this one has it all. The design was influenced by a number of photos of beavers found online and in the library, but the interpretation is all mine.

Materials & Techniques: Fabric collage, free-motion quilted on a domestic machine.
