Artist Statement: I have reached the point in my life where my hands can no longer pin baste a quilt and cannot manage to wrangle a large piece through the machine. Undaunted, I quilt smaller more manageable squares, cut them up and connect together to create a different look. Yes, I persevere and persist. It is impossible to deny that creative urge within me.

Materials & Techniques: Commercial Cottons, cotton thread and snap tape. Free motion machine quilting.
