Artist Statement: This quilt is based on a photo I took at Lake Cushman in the fall of 2008.  In this quilt I imagined what the same scene would look like in the summer.

Materials & Techniques: Rayon, tulle, cotton batik, commercial and hand-dyed fabrics by the artist and Just Imagination. Raw edge and fused applique, machine quilted.
