Artist Statement: During a class with Australian quilt artist Lisa Walton, I embraced the design freedom offered by fusibles. It was deep in grey February and warm, vibrant colors pulled at my soul. Chilled by a winter that had gone on for so long, greenery and new life pulled at me and pushed their way into the piece.

Materials & Techniques: Fused commercial and hand-dyed, stamped cotton and silk fabrics.
