Artist Statement: The glass tiles in the square shapes remind me of small communities spread over a light filled landscape. Everyone's idea of home is different. Shapes, colors, and emotions, so different but still the same.

Materials & Techniques: Hand dyed whole cloth with stenciling, Shiva oil paint sticks, embellished with glass tiles hand stitched with decorative threads. Top and back quilted separately then quilted together. No binding.
