Artist Statement: Having reached the season in my life where I must accommodate the failing dexterity of my hands, I have turned to different, more manageable techniques. I quilt smaller squares, cut up and connect together in pleasing patterns. As the saying goes, "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade"
