Artist Statement: When I'm blocked I like to pick up a book and try something new. "Bamboo" was inspired by "Intuitive Color and Design" by Jean Wells.

Materials & Techniques: Commercial fabrics with a few of my hand-dyed fabrics for accent. Machine pieced and free-motion quilted.
