Artist Statement: Snowy Night is part of my "Precipitation" series, representing in fragments the effect of rain and snow on the trees in my back garden.

Materials & Techniques: Cottons and synthetic commercial fabrics; pieced, appliquéd, slashed, machine quilted, and beaded.
