Artist Statement: Iris spears burst through the earth in vigorous geometry. They reach for something higher, creating a dance of color and shape that teach us hope and renewal

Materials & Techniques: Hand-dyed, recycles, and commercial cotton fabrics. Machine pieced and quilted. Hand embellished with pearl cotton thread.
