Artist Statement: The red-eyed tree frog is a rain-forest amphibian that sleeps by day. When disturbed it flashes its bulging red eyes.

Materials & Techniques: Fabrics hand-dyed by the artist, machine collaged, pieced and quilted, hand appliqued.
