Artists Statement: The complementary large shapes of this quilt were completed by two sisters. Barb designed the shapes and connecting line, chose the palette, constructed the shape on the left and then handed it off to Bonny to respond and to finish the piece.

Materials & Techniques: Commercial and hand-dyed cottons, cotton thread. Machine pieced and quilted.
