Artist Statement: My art seeks to evoke a response rather than to deliver a message. Part of the fun of working with abstract forms is to discover the meaning that others ascribe to one's work.

Materials & Techniques: Commercial fabrics. Machine-quilted, over-dyed, discharged, and (sometimes) painted. The batting (which provides the background for the squares) and backing were colored during the over-dyeing process.
